Description

脆皮燒肉的特色在於外皮酥脆鬆脆,

咬下去能聽到清脆的聲音,

而肉質內裡卻又軟嫩多汁,口感極佳。

煮食方法:

焗爐 /  氣炸鍋 肉向上180度焗8分鐘;

反轉  皮向上200度焗10分鐘。

放涼1-2分鐘後才切會更脆!(切件時肉向上更好!)
